Education

Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Quintana Roo, graduated with honors distinction for academic excellence and thesis work, with 8 years of experience in real estate law in Playa del Carmen.

He began his career at Notaría Pública No. 82, where he managed the Infonavit, Fovissste, and mortgage credit division, gaining experience in deed drafting, file integration, and title processing. He later led the real estate department of a law firm, coordinating attorney teams and advising clients in both Spanish and English.

Assists domestic and international clients with real estate transactions, with a practical focus on negotiation, contract review, and closing coordination. Advises on property acquisitions in restricted zones through bank trusts (fideicomiso), as well as the structuring of purchase agreements, earnest money contracts, and assignment of rights in the Riviera Maya.
